What is Tookpak?

How is it different from other review apps?
Ordinary review apps show everyone’s average rating, which may not match your palate. Tookpak computes a personal score from your own taste profile — if you love heat, spicy places score higher for you than the crowd average — and every recommendation comes with a reason.
How does taste-matching work?
Your taste profile comes from the onboarding quiz, from comparing your palate against reviews of dishes you have eaten, and from how you use the app. We match that against the flavour data creators tag on every post. The more you use it, the more accurate it becomes.
Is it free?
Free for both explorers and creators. The platform earns from a deal marketplace between restaurants and creators, not from charging users.
How do I know which reviews are ads?
Every sponsored post carries a clear “sponsored” label — creators must answer that question before posting — and sponsored posts are slightly down-weighted in recommendations so they cannot distort taste-matching.
How is my taste data used?
Your taste profile is used only to pick recommendations for you, and you can view and edit it any time on your profile. Creators see aggregate statistics about their fanbase only, never individual data.
