1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using Tookpak (the "Platform"), operated by [legal entity] ("we"), you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Platform.

2. Our service

Tookpak is a social platform for food reviews that recommends restaurants, dishes and creators based on your personal taste (taste-matching). Recommendations and "likely your taste" scores are estimates derived from data — they are not a guarantee that a restaurant's food or service will match.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old and provide truthful information.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account.
  • Fake accounts, duplicate accounts used to inflate scores, and selling or transferring accounts are prohibited.

4. Your content (reviews, photos, ratings, tags)

  • You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, technically resize/crop and publish that content on the Platform and its channels (including public web pages accessible to search engines).
  • You warrant that the content is genuinely yours (your own photos, your own words) and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
  • Deleting your account or a post: content is removed from display in line with the Privacy Policy (temporary copies may persist in backups/caches for a period).

5. Review transparency rules (the heart of the platform)

  • Sponsored posts (paid, comped, or discounted in exchange for a review) must be disclosed every time, through the mandatory prompt at posting.
  • Any relationship with the restaurant (owner, partner, staff, family) must be disclosed every time.
  • Deliberately hiding the above, fake reviews, paying or organising people to inflate scores, or using automation to manufacture engagement are serious violations. We may label, reduce visibility, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts in proportion to the severity.

6. Other prohibited conduct

Illegal, defamatory, harassing or discriminatory content · copyright/trademark infringement · spam · scraping the Platform without permission · interfering with the system or its security.

7. Creators and restaurant deals

The Platform provides no deal marketplace and no deal contact channel. We do not match parties, act as an intermediary, hold funds, charge fees, or guarantee anyone's payment.

Creators and restaurants remain free to contact each other through their own channels (for example, details a creator writes in their own bio, or channels outside the Platform). Any agreement, payment or dispute is strictly between those parties. We are not a party to it and accept no responsibility.

🔴 However the deal is made or wherever contact happens, a sponsored post must always be disclosed under §5 — agreeing off-platform is not an exception to that rule.

8. Restaurant information

Restaurant data (location, opening hours, etc.) comes from third-party providers (such as Google) and from user content, and may be out of date — please verify with the restaurant before travelling. A restaurant profile page is created from public reviews; its presence on the Platform does not imply the restaurant is a member or endorses the content.

9. Platform intellectual property

The Tookpak/ถูกปาก name, logo, design and software are ours. Use without our written permission is prohibited.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and may improve, change or discontinue the service (in whole or in part), giving reasonable notice where users are materially affected. You may delete your own account at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including other users' content, decisions made on the basis of our recommendations, or the quality of a restaurant's food or service. 12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law
